Our supervision is designed to be semi-structured, informational, and collaborative, focusing on the development of your unique clinical voice while ensuring you meet the rigorous standards of Oregon’s licensing boards.

Who We Support:

• CSWA (MSW) Associates: We provide the clinical hours and professional oversight required by the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers (OBLSW). Our focus is on helping you bridge the gap between social work theory and high-impact clinical practice.

• LPC Associates: We offer board-approved supervision for those registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT). We work with you to meet your 2,400-hour requirement with an emphasis on ethics, modality refinement, and therapist self-regulation.

• Addictions Specialists (CADC): For those seeking certification through the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we provide specialized supervision focused on the 8 Addiction Counselor Competencies. Whether you are pursuing your CADC I, II, or III, we offer the clinical expertise needed to navigate the intersection of mental health and substance use.

Our Approach to Supervision

Supervision at Embark is more than a "checklist" for licensure. It is a collaborative space where you can:

Licensing Compliance: Our supervision is structured to meet all OAR (Oregon Administrative Rules) requirements for supervision frequency, documentation, and reporting. We aim to support your professional growth so you can move confidently toward independent practice.

Fees

Individual: 60-minute supervision session = $150

Group: 2-hour supervision session (2-5 supervisees) = $100
